The boundary that matters
Arc authorizes, signs, and audits the actions your AI agents attempt. Your application still executes its own business logic. GEOstack is not liable for what your app does, for losses from actions you configured Arc to allow, or for spend that happened outside Arc's enforcement. Arc is a guardrail, not a guarantee against your own configuration.
Using the service
- You need a valid account and must keep your credentials secure.
- Acceptable use: don't abuse, attack, or resell the hosted service, and don't use it to do harm.
- The @geostack/arc SDK and the hosted Arc service are provided as-is under these terms.
Fees, warranty & liability
Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page; we may change pricing with notice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the full agreement.
Termination & changes
You can stop using the service anytime; you can export your audit data first. We may update these terms and will note the date above. Governing law and venue are set in the final agreement.
